Refund policy

1. Overview

At Imperial Saffron, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
 If there is any issue with your order, we will do everything possible to assist you.


2. Returns

Due to the nature of saffron as a food product, we can only accept returns if:

       The item is unopened,

       In its original packaging,

       And returned within 14 days of delivery.

If the product has been opened, used, or tampered with, we cannot accept a return for safety and hygiene reasons.


3. Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

       Your order arrives damaged,

       The item is faulty,

       The wrong product was delivered,

       Or the parcel was lost in transit.

We will issue a full refund or send a replacement depending on your preference.

Please include:

       Order number

       Photos of the issue (if applicable)

       A brief description of the problem

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.


4. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot refund:

       Opened saffron or used products

       Gift sets that have been opened

       Items returned without contacting us first

       Orders past 14 days of delivery


5. Exchanges

If your saffron arrives damaged or incorrect, we can send a replacement, free of charge.
 Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
 If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may still be eligible for return (if unopened).


7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), we cover all return shipping costs.

If the customer changes their mind, the customer must cover the return postage.
