Ingredients
Pudding:
● Milk
● Cream
● Sugar
● Cornstarch
● Ice-bloomed saffron
● Vanilla
● Butter
Sauce:
● Milk
● Sugar
● Butter
● Saffron (ice bloomed)
Method
1. Cook pudding base with ice-bloomed saffron until thick.
2. Chill until set.
3. Warm milk + sugar + saffron for sauce.
4. Serve pudding with sauce + pistachios.
