Lamb Chops with Saffron Rice & Pine Nuts

Grilled lamb chops over fragrant saffron rice with pine nuts. 

Saffron Prep Warm infusion Ingredients Lamb: ● 4 lamb chops
● Olive oil
● Garlic
● Rosemary
● Salt, pepper
Rice: ● 1 cup basmati
● 1¾ cups water
● Saffron infusion
● Butter
● Salt
● Pine nuts
Method 1. Marinate lamb with oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper.
2. Grill 3–4 mins per side.
3. Cook rice with saffron infusion + butter.
4. Toast pine nuts.
5. Plate lamb over rice.
